If your business is registered as any of the following industry sectors in Singapore:
- manufacturing and manufacturing-related services;
- supply of electricity, gas, steam, compressed air and chilled water for air-conditioning;
- water supply and sewage and waste management.
your facility will be required to measure and report your GHG emissions to National Environment Council once your total direct GHG emissions (Scope 1) attains the first 2,000 tonnes of CO2e in a calendar year.
Your facility will be considered as a taxable facility once its total emissions reach 25,000 tonnes of CO2e in a calendar year.
